Our houses have deep roots, not only in the history of the region but also in the history of our own family. Many of these houses witnessed the simple and authentic life of the mountain shepherds and families like that of Grandmother Rosa, known in the village for her community oven and the production of the famous Serra cheese. Her house, a place of sharing and tradition, was carefully restored and transformed into one of the Casas do Forno, preserving the details and memories of the past.

What started as a way to honor ancient ways of life has transformed into a unique retreat where the past meets the present. Today, the Casas do Pastor and Casas do Forno offer our visitors an immersive experience in nature, with stunning views of the Serra da Estrela mountains. Additionally, our accommodations feature a jacuzzi, pool, and other modern amenities to ensure a stay of total comfort and relaxation.
